I found black mold under the bed, in the shower, and by the fridge. The bed was hard as a rock, the dumbbells in the gym were rusted, and the wallpaper in the rooms were coming off. The hallways to the rooms were disgusting and stained. They also did not have ANY bath towels to use the whole stay, only small little towels. I wish I never stayed here. Additionally the hotel is surrounded by strip clubs and does not feel safe to walk at night.

The floor was dirty when we checked in. The shower was not well cleaned. Mold was starting to grow in the shower area. The AC did not work. Instead of cooling the room, the room would get warmer when the AC was turned on. On multiple occasions the door or window had to open to cool the room.

가족 여행으로 왔는데 직원분도 친절하시거 객실도 깨끗합니다 일회용품은 따로 판매하지 않아 근처 편의점 가셔야합니다 샴푸,린스,비누,바디워시,헤어드라이기 구비되어 있고 물도 시원하게 있고 수건과 휴지도 넉넉하게 있어 편안하게 쉬다 갑니다 😎

주차 직원분과 객실 직원분 너무너무 감사합니다^^~ 숙소날짜 잘못 예약해서 당황스러웠는데ㅠ 배려해 주셨서 숙박할수 있었습니다~진짜 감사드립니다. 시설도 깨끗하고 아늑하니 실내공기도 좋아요~ 위치도 기장시장 근처라 먹거리 볼거리 많아요^^ 담에도 이용할것 같아요~ 조식도 갠찬다고 후기 보고 왔는데 내일 기대 됩니다~

문을 열고 들어갔을 때 흰 침구와 따뜻한 햇살이 참 포근하게 반겨줬습니다. 직원분께서도 너무 친절하셨습니다. 체크아웃 이후 온 감사 문자까지 완벽한 숙소였습니다. 다만 방음이 열악한 점은 아쉬웠습니다.

호텔케니 기장점 후기

당일 급하게 예약했는데 엄청 깔끔하고 좋았어요. 번화가는 아니라서 밤에 조용하게 잘 수 있고 편안한 침구덕분에 꿀잠잤어요! 주차타워만 있어서 타워주차 불가한 차량은 호텔 지원없이 무조건 유료주차인 점은 조금 아쉬웠습니다 ㅠ

추천!

깨끗하고 친절해서 너무 좋았어요! 제가 사용한 방은 침구도 욕실도 정말 깨끗했어요. 골목 안쪽에 있어 호텔 입구는 찾기 힘들었지만, 건물 내에 타워주차장이 있어 주차 걱정이 없고, 바로 앞에 기장 시장이 있어 먹거리가 편리했어요. 또 주변에 일반주택가여서 조용했어요! 멀지 않은 거리에 해운대와 롯데월드어드벤처, 이케아가 있어서 부산 관광하기도 좋았습니다. 근처에 다시 가게되면 또 이용하고 싶습니다^^

여기 숙소비 가격 천차만별입니다. 전 제대로 눈탱이. . 이불에 먼지 많아서 비염이나 알레르기 있는사람들은 못 주무실것같아요

완전 실망이네요

이런곳을 1박에 45만원을 받고 청결상태도 엉망이고 주차도 외부주차장에 유료로 해야되고 들어갔다가 있을수가없어서 숙박비포기하고 나왔습니다 가격이 터무니없이 비싸고 말도 안되는 수준입니다 후기보니 5만원정도에 하는 숙소를 몇배를 비싸게 올린지 모르겠네요 제가 너무 억울해서 소비자보호신고까지 생각하고있습니다
