"Cannot say enough great things about our accommodations! First, thank you Gerard for making it an incredible experience. Your communication was outstanding. The studio was beautiful, impeccably clean, stocked with things that I have never seen in other rentals. Slept like a baby in the extremely comfortable bed! Staff on location were beyond helpful, even the cleaning ladies were incredible. Location was perfect for our mom/daughter get away. We will be back to either here or one of your additional locations. Thanks for everything."

"This is a modern and gorgeous property! The owners are welcoming and very quick to reply to any questions. The house comes with everything you will need and everything you didn't know you needed (heated/cooled bathroom floors). The rooftop is beautifully serene with your morning coffee and breath taking at night! Luxury at it's finest!"

"There isn’t a “kitchen” but a minimum amenity was there and that was enough for me. Lots of dining options nearby. A quiet neighborhood and separate entry. Host was very responsive and accommodating. "

We were told construction on roof area near window would begin around 8 pm.. pounding began by Around 7:15 from wall next to room. I shared this with gal at front desk in am and she said. Nothing except your daughter told me already."
