"The hallway had no air conditioner. If I did t know better, I’d say they had the heat on. It was unnaturally hot. Also, in the room, one of the air conditioners was good. The second one took forever to cool even a little."

After numerous back and forth, they told us that they limit the temperature based on the rooms around it. We had 3 rooms next to each other.
