We really liked the location since we were in walking distance to the lock. The extra little table area in the room was handy as well as the screened in area and the picnic table and chairs outside.

Great staff and neat pool - rooms are clean and comfy. Hotel is little dated could use a touch up. Area is a little off putting around and not sure safe to walk at night around the area.

The property was perfect for our annual Girl's Trip. We had an issue with the wifi when we arrived but Reed fix it quickly. We all had our own rooms and enjoyed the common spaces. Crystal Palace Cottage, Kawartha Lakes
We had a lot of fun at this cottage! Its right on Crystal lake and has a large dock that you can swim and fish off of.We had a large group with us so it was nice to have all the bedrooms (including one large area for kids) and the 2 large areas to eat. We plan to come back again.
