「The house in located just outside Nicholasville and a short drive to Lexington. Was very central to the activities that we had planned and had a great setup for the group we had staying with us. The outdoor fire pit and hot tub was a great addition along with the TV in the main living room. If planning a quite get together or a Bourbon tour this is a great choice.」

「We had a GREAT stay — house was clean, communication was great. The lake views were incredible, with kayaks and paddleboard readily available for playtime on the water. My only caution would be there are many stairs involved (to/in in the house and down to the lake) which would be a challenge for anyone with limited mobility. We had no problems but just a heads up! It is on a quiet area of the lake and was just the getaway our family needed. HIGHLY recommend!」

Many times when staying at places rented online you see pictures that show all the beauty and when you arrive it is at least somewhat lacking. This property was outstanding.
