Food & desserts were 10/10. Kids activities were a 10/10. Clean and safe Entertainment 10/10 Their doctor's office isn't helpful; you have to pay for any service, as it's not included. The nurse refused to even check my son's ears for a possible infection. She was completely useless and couldn't perform basic tasks. Seeing a nurse is free, but the nurse acts more like a receptionist. If you need basic care, like checking a throat or ears, she has to call the doctor, who charges $100 for the visit.

Our recent stay at IC RESIDENCES all-inclusive resort in Lara, Antalya, was fantastic. From the moment we booked, the service was flawless, with pre-arranged VIP transport to and from the airport, complete with a luxurious vehicle and even packed lunches for our return journey. This thoughtful service, combined with seamless check-in and a warm welcome, set the tone for our stay. The resort itself was stunning. Our spacious, modern villa had access to a private pool and was impeccably maintained daily. The staff throughout the resort were 10/10 — always respectful, accommodating, and eager to assist. What truly impressed us was the 24/7 buggy service that made navigating the large resort easy, especially with children. Multiple rides a day were provided quickly and with a smile, making our stay more relaxed. Dining was a delight, with varied options at the buffet and à la carte restaurants offering exceptional Turkish and international cuisine. The staff catered to dietary needs, and service was always attentive. The resort’s facilities, including several pools, a private beach, and a luxurious spa, were all well-maintained. Entertainment was lively and fun, with activities for all ages and evening performances. Overall, this resort exceeded our expectations. The level of care, attention to detail, and quality of service made our vacation unforgettable. Highly recommended for families and couples seeking luxury and ease. Our stay started with more than a 1-hour wait for our room, despite the check-in being supposed to be at 2 p.m. The food and the internet are excellent; everything else is very bad. The hotel has been renovated recently, but they fixed it in a very bad way. It seems time ran away, and they wanted to open it before the season started, as the finishing shows in the pictures. Most of the workers here are not professional and are always angry for no reason. Housekeeping is horrible; I have never seen such bad quality cleaning in any 5-star hotel before. Honestly, for such payments, we expected much better services. I don't recommend this hotel 👎
