Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay at the Burdett House! The hosts were so hospitable and welcoming, and they made a lot of great recommendations for wineries and activities. The room was beautiful, comfortable, with a lot of character. Our breakfast each morning was home cooked and as good as any restaurant. Would strongly recommend.

This place is a gem. Fixed up so nicely, David and Ashley are such fun hosts and the breakfast is terrific. Looking forward to staying here again many times!

Ashley and David were the most incredible hosts, with a flair for detail, hospitality and warmth. The breakfasts each morning were absolutely delicious, the eggs benedict, to the the buttermilk pancakes with fruit, or ricotta cheese toast and the yogurt parfaits and blueberry crumb cake. The rooms were beautiful and spotless, with thoughtful details throughout. The pantry on the second floor was stocked with drinks and snacks. And their dog Hudson was a fun, playful companion who is another "greeter." The human hosts know the area extremely well, and made some great recommendations for things to do and see. We will most certainly be back soon (if we can get a room)!

Butdett House Bed and Breakfast is extremely comfortable and friendly. We went to Ithaca for this year Cornell graduation and stayed at Burdett House for 3 nights, this was the best place where we love to stay. The guestroom was very clean, spacious, comfortable and cozy. The breakfasts were so delicious which you can't expect anymore. Ashley and David were the best hosts for our stay. They are ver very friendly and patient, when they knew we needed to rush to leave earlier, they were very thoughtful to prepare our breakfasts to meet our schedules. We strongly recommend this place to everyone who like to visit Ithaca and Watkins Glen.

My husband and I stayed in the Knickerbocker room this past weekend. The room is beautiful and spacious with a nice private balcony. The best part of the room is by far the shower! Amazing water pressure. The breakfast was delicious and fresh each day. Ashley and David are very personable and knowledgeable about the area. Ashley recommended some great hiking areas. We can’t wait to go back and stay again.

I highly recommend Burdett House B&B! A beautifully maintained Victorian home built in the 1880's, it has all the classic appointments you'd expect. The breakfast was excellent and the hosts were very accommodating. Great place to stay!

Loved our stay!
Dave & Ashley were great hosts! They had plenty of recommendations and amenities available to us. The home was beautifully decorated, clean, and welcoming. Breakfast was insanely good!

What a wonderful house! The decor was spot on for a B&B, nice art work, fantastic shower, we even had a private balcony! Grounds were well kept. Dave and Ashley were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. We would return and have already recommended to friends.

The owners of this property love what they do and it shows. They were welcoming and full of information about the area. For those looking for a full breakfast Burdett House should be your destination. The breakfast was quite the spread -- we did not leave hungry. The bed was comfortable (key for us) and the bathroom had an amazing shower. We loved that there was great hiking nearby and also enjoyed wine tasting at several terrific wineries. Restaurants in the area served fresh well prepared food. We were satisfied all the way around

A wonderful B&B with tons of style and charm.
We absolutely loved our stay here! The house has so much charm and personality, but also had all the modern comforts. Clean and updated, and an awesome decorating style. Also very clean! Our room was very comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Our hosts were extremely friendly. It exceeded our expectations and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay. Dave and Ashley were great host. Hudson the house dog is a great host too. Beautiful home. The room was comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was just fantastic. We will certainly be back. tripped over this place on hotels.com and glad we did. 10/10.

All A s here - truly wonderful stay. The owners were very accommodating with both a late check-in, and my restricted diet. The room was clean, beautiful, and with top-notch bath products. The breakfast was delicious, and the doggie-greeting was wonderful. I also took a nice fall walk up and down the street, and that was pleasant.

Fantastic Stay at Burdett House!
Our stay was lovely! The house was amazing and very clean. Cozy and great attention to detail! Outside porch was perfect for morning coffee and my book! Owners are diligent with COVID requirements and the room (Empire) was comfortable and very clean!

The property is kept well. The owners were inviting and friendly despite maintaining safe Covid-19 distancing. The bed was so nice to sleep in and the large stand in shower was spacious. The deck on our room was private and cute. The breakfast in the morning was so good. Every detail was thought of. Will be back when we find the time.
