This is our 2nd stay and I cannot recommend it enough. All staff from management, reception staff , pool staff , restaurant staff and housekeeper staff were amazing and a credit to the hotel. They all made our stay exceptional and we will be booking our next stay very soon. Thank you to you all .

Average hospitality. Rooms did not have functional electric plugs. Room cleanliness was scattered. No turn down service! Severely short staffed at restaurant. No dessert spoons ever unless asked for. Not sure what that is about?

"The hotel is a rip off my husband needed a little honey they wanted to charge 30 Dhirams! Also at the poolside a bottle of water costs 26 Dhirams….the same bottles you get free in your room!. However the hotel is Amazing not alot nearby you have to take a taxi ride to get places."
