Wonderful stay at Chandragiri Hills Resort. Beautiful views, peaceful atmosphere, clean rooms, and very friendly staff. A perfect place to relax with family. Highly recommended!

The location and view is excellent, really recommend making use of the early morning and sunset rooftop opportunities. Some of the amenities were add-ons and quite expensive like the sauna and bbq.

Beautiful views, but disappointing for the price I stayed at The Terraces for two nights of a planned five-night stay, paying approximately $260 per night including taxes. I was disappointed enough to leave early, forfeiting payment for three unused nights. The property has beautiful mountain views, lovely landscaping, and amenities including a heated pool and yoga. However, much of the hotel feels dated, worn, and inadequately maintained. I encountered issues including a bathroom leak, noisy air conditioning, damaged furnishings, cracks and deteriorating paint throughout the property, and outdated gym facilities with poorly maintained flooring. Many of these are basic maintenance issues that I wouldn't expect at a hotel positioning itself as a five-star resort. The food was another disappointment. Much of what I tried lacked the freshness and quality I expected, although a few items were enjoyable. Management was courteous and made efforts to improve my experience, which I appreciated. However, they declined to refund any of my unused nights. Overall, I felt the property was significantly overpriced for the quality delivered. I've stayed at other luxury resorts in Nepal that offered a better experience. My advice to prospective guests: Don't assume the high price and excellent reviews guarantee a true five-star experience. The setting is beautiful, but the condition of the property and quality fell considerably short of my expectations.
