The Gums Bundalong

Beautiful home located in the popular Bundalong region.

Featuring wide doorways, walk in showers and elevated disability supporting King bed in master. Perfect for those needing wheel chair access.

Open plan kitchen, dining with a serving window from the kitchen to the al fresco area.

Offering 5 great sized bedrooms, 2 lounge areas, there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy inside and outside.

Master – King bed with ensuite. Can be split to 2 singles upon request at time of booking. 1 of the single beds is adjustable, with high low and adjustable back.
Bedroom 2 – King Bed or 2 singles upon request at time of booking.
Bedroom 3 – King bed or 2 singles upon request at time of booking.
Bedroom 4 – King bed or 2 singles upon request at time of booking.
Bedroom 5 – queen bed

Trundle bed available to accommodate the 11th guest.

Main bathroom has walk in shower / toilet and hairdryer.

There is also a separate powder room.

Double garage available for guest use, and there is also parking available in the front yard for parking boats, jet skis and trailers.

Refrigerated air conditioning and heating throughout the home. With the added bonus of a lovely gas heater in the lounge room during the cooler months.

Modern self-contained kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and dishwasher.

Solar heated swimming pool (solar heating works when sun temperature is over 29 degrees.

There is bushland to the rear of the property, and a lovely walking path for those early morning / afternoon walks.


Whilst The Gums is a pet friendly property, guest will need approval to bring along pets, and a maximum of 2 pets are permitted with a $50-00 per pet surcharge applied to booking.
