The experience was awful. It stood in the description of the hotel that there was a pool with sunbeds. This is a lie, as it is only on specific rooms, where you will have to book those - not mentioned in the specifications. The room we had booked was with a bubble bath, it had flakes in it, that they said was “salt”, salt would have been dissolved at that temperature, not leave residue. Furthermore, the bathroom smelled of sewer after showering, the handle was loose and the one small hanger for towels was on its way out the wall. When we sought out the reception and management for a refund, as it did not live up to our expectations, we were talked back to in a very rude manner. Saying that we were doing so that they could not pay their employees and that our behaviour in speaking with them, when other guest could walk by, was disrespectful. We checked out after one night there, as we did not feel welcome by the receptionists/employees/management. Moreover, the parking was very difficult to use, if we had had a bigger car, it wouldn’t have been possible to park there.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the spa facilities were amazing

Great welcoming and relaxed apartment in Tirana centre. Really loved the plants and the athmosphere in the place. Stayed 4 nights, really enjoyable.
