First of all there was NO staff at all. We couldn’t even check-in ! We looked around NOT A SINGLE PERSON. The lobby was disgustingly empty there were bags of dirty laundry and possibly garbage thrown around the the lobby as if they had just gotten fed up with the place. We need talk about getting a total REFUND ,,,! I thought Expedia would have a better way of checking these motels. A very sour experience!

The hotel smelled there were homeless people in front of the lobby drinking and there was nobody at the front desk or even on the premises to check us in.there are so many things to say but .i did not stay there and want my money back

The first room I was given…all the dirty linen was just balled up on top of the bed. Was given another room on the second floor, the halls smelled like urine. Room was dirty dust in all the furniture, floors not cleaned, there were sewer roaches under the bed and by the mirror. There were dead bugs by the door. The homeless linger in the front of the hotel. Was told that people like to go and pick the locks to sleep in rooms. Will not be returning!

We left after 3 hours.

Do not stay here. This is a motel that has declined to a point of no return. Only $10 million in repairs and updates could save this property. No security into the lobby and rooms. We had go buy our own soap.

Absent Front Desk

I booked because of high reviews. I got there and no one was around to check me in. I called the number posted and they wouldn't answer. I walked in the lobby and it stank of cigarette smoke. It's basically an old hotel for long term stays by locals. The property doesn't seem to be kept up much. I ended up leaving and got a room somewhere else.

The front desk is only open certain hours and not at all on Sunday. The desk was closed at 10:00pm on Friday night, room was not clean, waited to get it cleaned, the bathroom was absolutely nasty, dead roaches behind the toilet, the shower had not been cleaned in a long time, the shower curtain was disgusting and the carpet came out of the Ark. This is room 201 anyway.

The manager was super nice and tried to be helpful, but unfortunately, the hotel itself was a major disappointment. The building is old, dark, and has a strong unpleasant smell throughout. Worst of all, when I arrived, they didn’t have my reservation—even though I had booked in advance through Expedia. I was left scrambling to find a different hotel at the last minute. This experience was stressful and unacceptable. I’m requesting a full refund from Expedia due to the inconvenience and the fact that the reservation I paid for was not honored.

This place was an absolute dump. The lobby was closed when we arrived at 2pm. It smelled horrible and was dirty. Saw a drug transaction in the parking lot. The room was dirty. Shower was dirty and the chain lock on the door was removed. While my mom was waiting in the car some guy came up looking into the window of the car not realizing my shephard and mom were in there and once he did he took off. It was not safe. I returned the key and left.
