This centrally-located condo on the Colorado River offers everything for a family getaway. Perfect for families with watercraft, this complex has a private boat launch, docks, pool, hot tub, and a private beach island across from the casinos. Wake up to amazing views on the balcony of this cozy unit.
This condo is 2.5 miles from Davis Dam camp park, a 10-minute drive to Katherine's Landing Marina at Lake Mohave, a water taxi ride to the Laughlin casinos, and about an hour's drive to Havasu.
The space
3 bed 2 bathroom spacious unit with a modern kitchen, washer, dryer, and everything you need for a vacation on the river. Boat launch and boat dock available for guests.
Disclosure: sometimes the city closes the Dam in the evenings so we suggest pulling out your boat and not keeping it on the docks overnight if you don't want to wake up to your boat on the dry riverbed. The Dam re-opens in the mornings and the water levels will be back up by 10 am.
For a lake experience, we suggest Katherines Landing Marina at Lake Mohave.
You can rent a slip and keep your boat there overnight and take the 10 min-drive and spend the day at the lake, the beaches and coves a the lake are sandy and the water is pleasantly warm. For families traveling without watercraft and still wanting the lake experience the marina offers watercraft rentals
