"Personally I don’t like 4 poster beds but our room had one….the Emma mattress was amazing so much so I slept soundly and forgot about the bed!. The food is amazing here 10/10 Staff so so friendly and welcoming, very efficient 10/10 The church across the way is worth a look round the grounds. Nice market across from hotel on a Friday, got some fresh fruit. Would definitely stay again."

"I booked this hotel on Friday lunchtime for a Saturday stay . I received a phone call later on that evening to advise that they have double booked my room and they cannot provide me with accomodation. As I booked through Hotels.com I was advised to call them for a refund. It took a while to get it as the hotel then said that in line with their policy they would not refund me. After a lot of phone conversations with Hotels.com I got my refund. I will definitely not be staying at this hotel ever."

"Cottage is small but warm, plenty of outdoor space in the garden to let the dog out. Great base to explore the island, there are two pubs and a chippy as well as a cafe all within walking distance. The bathroom is spacious and well thought out in terms of the space available. TV is a smart TV so has Netflix etcâ€¦ parking is on street parking but that was fine as thereâ€™s plenty of space on the pavement opposite."

"Julie is a great host and very helpful. Nothing is to much trouble. The house was spotless and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. Everything you need is there. Comfy Beds. Great outdoor space. 2 minute walk to the harbour. Nice little park for small children near by. Good Location for getting to attractions on the island."

"Just great. The house was thoughtfully kitted out with everything you might need during your stay. Four spacious bedrooms, living room with an open fire, sunny boot room just off the kitchen, ample hot water, central heating and cosy lighting throughout. The house was so close to the coastal path with many pubs, restaurants, fish and chips within a short drive. We would definitely visit again."
