「The hotel options are limited, so we are glad we booked this nice home. The property Mgr was always available and very nice. We had a hot water issue that he fixed immediately. The roof top patio was amazing. Some lounge chairs would have made that spot perfect. At check in, I noticed that the bathrooms were not as clean as I was expecting so he scrubbed the powder room one downstairs. I just cleaned the one upstairs myself. 「We were very pleased with this little place. It is in a nice, gated community. It was very clean, well decorated, and had an in-toilet bidet. There is also a sari-sari store on the property which is nice if you need to buy something and you don't want to go out. Rose was a great host and very accommodating. We highly recommend this place.」

"Good value for money, clean hotel Good point: Staff are generally good Facility is kept clean Good design of furniture and furnishings The price is well thought out Bad points: partly under construction Smell of chemicals everywhere large number of ants Hot water did not come out of the shower (I asked for repair, but there was no response) Poor sound insulation (corridor noise) Keys are pre-modern (not electronic keys) not auto lock No plan with breakfast"
