"I stayed at Jaypee in January for Indus Food Expo and this was my second visit to Delhi in 3 months and can't be more happy than staying in Jaypee Resort. The staff is super friendly and courteous; hotel has kept in emmaculate condition. "

"I checked into a very sub standard room where the AC was running full blast in the peak of Delhi winter and there was a smell in the bathroom. I was ready to walk out, but I commend the management and staff for insisting that I give them a chance. They shifted me to a MUCH better room where the heating actually worked. The breakfast buffet was very good for the price and the hotel was crowded which is a good sign. Average hotel but with excellent management and staff which makes up for everything. Its the people that make this property."

"This our 2nd stay here. They all remembered us from last year. I cannot say enough praise for the staff that went above and beyond to help us. They even helped tracked down a specific Ayurvedic medicine we needed to find! They accommodated us with a late check out. The breakfast buffet is great!"
