Friendly and helpful staffs, clean and spacious room, near to U station & REWE market + cafe and restaurant within walking distances👍 Would recommend this hotel to anyone 👌

We booked two superior apartments, told to be modern and have a great view. They were also said to be on the first floor, according to their own website. When we arrived, we were assigned two completely different apartments. One on the ground floor, with a view of bushes and people passing by just outside the windows. And with really dirty carpets.. and the other one was on the third and topmost floor, hot as hell when we arrived, and with a good view if you opened the roof window and leaned out just in the right angle. Both were dirty and absolutely nothing like the pictures and descriptions online. We were really, really disappointed as we had looked forward to this stay. We also told the man in the reception that one of the curtains were missing in the downstairs apartment. He said he would come check it out, as people could walk by and look straight at the beds if they wanted to. But he never showed. So we had to cover it with a bedsheet. The only positives were good beds and an ok breakfast.

Breakfast had a great selection. The front desk staff were outstanding. Hotel was clean and felt very safe.

There are much better hotels in the Gateway Gardens area. This one practices fraudulent advertising. Screenshots are attached with this. As a business traveler, I've learned to only book hotels that have telephones in the rooms. Hotels with room phones offer the best accountability, communication & customer service to their guests. Best Western advertised having in-room phones, showed them in their photos & even their AI chat bot said phones are on the desk or nightstand. I quickly saw that none of that was true. There was no phone. The message I sent thru their room device was never responded to so useless. They only do self check-in while the desk staff just stands there. The room layout is awkward with the design of the building. The shower was weak. They need to provide decaf coffee.
