「While the location is chaotic and busy the actual hotel was surprisingly good. Very nice and clean rooms to really affordable prices, The food at the hotel restaurant was really good and the staff was amazing. The only issue is to get a taxi driver to want to drive downtown where the hotel is due to the busy traffic around the area. But highly recommend this hotel as it is really good value for the money.」
「The staff at the Grand Imperial Hotel in Kampala are both professional, kind, and helpful, whether work for housekeeping, in the dining room, reception, or management. I was able to get some R & R after roughing it in the interior, at a very reasonable price, with good food, a comfortable room, space to read and write, and special touches when I asked, like a water kettle for instant coffee in the room.」
「Small but cozy and greeny hotel, not like the biggest chain hotels in Kampala.
I complained not having bathtub in the room but they didn't have the room at that time. At dinner time, the manager came and offered me to move to the room with a bathtub.
