Hyatt Regency Buffalo / Hotel and Conference Center
The people at desk were very kind, friendly and helpful. The room could use updates or looking at The shower was very hard to pull out to turn on. Desk light didn’t work and a loose electric cover. The room was clean otherwise and I loved the size of the towels
