「We have stayed here over the past 5 years regularly when it was the Rodeway Inn. This is the first time we have stayed here since it's changed ownership and we won't be staying here again. TV & internet did not work, pool has been closed down for over a month, washing machine and ice machine available for guests to use was out of order. Our key quit working for our room 3 different times. Overall the stay was pretty disappointing and we won't be back.」

「The place was so well put together and big and open. Bed was comfortable, I had everything I needed, it was quiet and the hosts were so responsive! Plus side there is a sporting goods store downstairs to pick up everything I needed for fishing and hiking. Walk to restaurants was right down the road. I would for sure stay here again. I was hiking in the bighorn mountains which are just a few miles away! 」

「This hotel is new and the staff do not seem to have been properly trained in customer service. The room was not clean when we arrived and it was an hour and a half after check in. We waited more than 30 minutes to get into our room and then it was not what we’d booked. There are no amenities in the room, not even tissues. The soaps are anchored to the wall and they were all empty.」
