The neighborhood is well located for major Buffalo attractions, and felt safe and low key. Locals were respectful and friendly. I especially enjoyed the front room where the projector was and the high ceiling and tall windows and large book shelves, a very comfortable and gorgeous space. The upstairs was a little warm on days over 75 degrees but the portable A/C took care of that, and to be fair my kids were fine and I am more temperature sensitive than the average person. The memory foam beds were very comfortable. Host was very responsive to questions. Very nice property for the price. Property was clean and had a lot of neat features, but a few minor repairs are needed to optimize the place. Check in and out very easy through the VRBO app. I would rent this house again if I am ever back in Buffalo.
