"Clean room, great check in, breakfast was fine. Rooms are dated. Pool off the room is very convenient, but loud to he beside it since the pool is open until 10pm."

When we complained they said because you booked it from Expedia and we don’t have connection to them though they were able to view that on their screen and said it was our responsibility to let the hotel know which did not make sense ..."
