ホテルのスタッフ最高
ブエノスアイレス市でクレジットカードの盗難にあったのですが、ホテルのスタッフは最善を尽くして対処してくれました。特にLuciaには大変お世話になりました。「彼らに再会するためにまた行きたい」と思わせるような最高のスタッフでした。これまで２０年以上世界中を旅行してきましたが、今までで間違いなく最高のスタッフでした。

The location is excellent and the staff was super helpful but the hotel itself has aged and would benefit from a little TLC. Also, from our room on the first floor you could hear water running very loudly through the pipes when guests in rooms above were having a shower. Overall a good experience nevertheless and quite affordable.

Muy mala estadía
No recomiendo para nada este hotel. En el desayuno , las 4 chicas del personal se instalaron a desayunar en el mismo espacio que nosotros y charlaban entre ellas en voz muy alta y chequeaban su celular. Les pedías algo y te miraban de mal humor. Cero amables. La luz de nuestro baño no funcionaba, lo reclamamos 3 veces! El último día voy a ducharme y no había agua en el hotel! No lo recomiendo

Muito bom!
Adoramos nossos doze dias no Design cE. O atendimento é fantástico de todos os colaboradores(Tadeo merece uma menção honrosa), quarto grande e confortável e localização excelente. Acho que precisa de manutenção(as portas dos elevadores fazem muito ruído) e uma maior variedade de ítens no café da manhã(os mesmos ítens durante doze dias). No mais, ficamos(eu e minha esposa) muito felizes nesse hotel que será nossa nova casa em Buenos Aires. Obrigado a todos que fazem o Design cE.

I am confused by this survey - The hotel did not have the room I booked they said the air conditioner was broken and did not have any availability for the room type I booked - I called hotels.com and was told I would be given a full refund because of this also the dates of this survey do not match the date for my booking - my booking date was Thursday- checking out Friday this survey list Wednesday- Thursday

This was only the 2nd time we had booked a boutique hotel. This experience far exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming & friendly. Also probably the best continental breakfast I've had anywhere in my travels. I would go back just for the coffee alone. We miss this place already.

Large room with microwave and mini-fridge. Bed was comfortable. Employees were very friendly and helpful. They made taxi arrangements so that we could get to the airport in plenty of time for our flight. They also gave us directions to a pizza restaurant and pharmacy. The breakfast they serve is excellent and offers pastries and breads, juices, cheese and ham. The coffee is excellent.

Where design and comfort meet
Staying at this hotel is always an experience for the senses. The style and layout of the spaces is minimalist at heart but warm, inviting, cozy and comfortable. Great public spaces especially the lounge underground. To top all this off, the staff is incredibly attentive... Monica, Miguel, Valeria, Mateo.... and the rest of the crew made me feel at home. AAA+

As descrições não condizem com a realidade. Hotel precisa de reforma nos quartos, pois apresenta mobília defasada, assim como roupas de cama e banho antigas. O café da manhã é bem simples. Pelo valor da diária, há hotéis melhores. Infelizmente, não me hospedaria novamente.

Já foi um excelente hotel. Não é mais.
Este hotel era incrível a 10 anos atrás. Atualmente está precisando ser revitalizado. Os estofados e revestimentos do meu quarto estão desbotados, a lixeira do banheiro quebrada, a banheira de hidro mal cuidada. O café da manhã, que antes era servido a qualquer hora do dia, agora tem seu horário entre 7h e 10h da manhã. Cheguei às 7h para tomar o meu e a atendente avisou que os pães não haviam chegado ainda. Esperei até as 8h e nada. Tive que comer o pão do dia anterior porque precisava sair para trabalhar. Minha sugestão: pelo preço da diária deste hotel você vai encontrar melhores opções.

Personal muy amable y servicial. Podría mejorar el mantenimiento de las instalaciones. El sector muy céntrico y seguro, cerca a todo. Mi única queja es la empresa de taxis con la que trabajan. La tarifa que indicó el taxista al llamar de recepción fue 1060 pesos, ósea 18 usd. Al indicarle que el pago será en dólares me dijo que debía pagarle 25 usd, s decir 1500 pesos, porque el lo recibía a 42, le indique que en aeropuerto lo cambie a 60 y en Santa Fe a 66, se puso furioso, armó un show me dio pánico y le dije que ok Que yo pagaría los 25 usd es decir 1500. Sugiero hablen con la estación de taxis fue un mal rato de mucho susto.

I love the location of the hotel, there are so many restaurants And shops. The room has very nice park view and very spacious. Staff are very nice and helpful specially Monica. We stayed there for 4 nights and 4 nights in Hilton. The price were the same and the qualities were so different. This hotel has a contestant smell of bathroom in the elevator and the rooms. Needs a lot of renovation Bc everything is pretty old. The pool is pretty much a hole in the ground.

This was a good location for all we did in Buenos Aires. It was directly across from a park which made for a nice view. The decor was plain but clean. We generally don’t need fancy accommodations when we travel. The best thing about this hotel was the staff, especially Monica and Grey. They were so helpful, but more so they were such pleasant ladies. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We went to Iguazú Falls for one night and the hotel kept our luggage at the hotel for when we returned so we didn’t have to lug it with us. It was waiting for us in our room when we returned late from the airport. We would highly recommend this property.

Great Little Place
My wife and I stayed at the Design CE Hotel for 16 days. It was our first trip to Buenos Aires. The location of the hotel was great! It was within walking distance of the Teatro Colon where we had tickets for opera and the neighbourhood had several good restaurants nearby. As a neighbourhood it wasn't as crazy as San Telmo or Palermo but we appreciated the relaxed tranquility. As a seasoned traveller I was pleasantly surprised that the breakfast service which started at 7 a.m. went until noon. On holiday one usually likes to get up around 10 a.m. so this was great! The room was in the style of an industrial loft which might not be to everyone's taste but I found it practical, clean and uncluttered. The wifi was fast and worked the whole time. The front desk staff was helpful in helping us secure restaurant reservations and even showing us how to travel by subway. Also, they introduced us to Yerba Mate!!! This is a hotel I would definitely come back to.

Excelente opción, ya sea por turismo o por trabajo
Es un hotel al que llegamos varias veces por año, por motivos laborales. Podemos decir que es cómodo, ubicado en una zona agradable y tranquila (para descansar) por la noche. Se encuentra localizado cerca de lugares de expansión (Recoleta) y de bares, restaurantes, pubs, etc. a muy corta distancia (se puede ir caminando). El personal es muy amable y dispuesto a resolver algún inconveniente que se presente.
