Living Area: A bright living room with a kitchenette and sofa, also served by air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with every comfort: dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker, and a full set of cookware.

Bathrooms & Laundry: In addition to the ensuite, there is a second full bathroom for guests. You will also find a washing machine, iron, and hairdryer.

Connectivity: High-speed Wi-Fi (up to 30mb) is available, perfect for remote working or streaming your favorite content.

Supermarket (300m): Very convenient for daily shopping without needing a car.

Pharmacy (650m): Easily reachable in a few minutes.

Dining: Excellent restaurants are located within a few hundred meters. The Pizzeria Pomodoro Rosso, which we highly recommend, is about 700m away.

Surroundings: The center of Budoni (3km) offers evening markets and all primary services. The vibrant San Teodoro is just a 15-minute drive away.
