In Sardinia’s northeastern commune of Budoni, the holiday apartment “Villetta Porto Ottiolu 203” boasts a great sea view and is just a short walk from the centre and the beautiful beach of Porto Ottiolu. Located on the ground floor, the charming apartment consists of a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, one bedroom as well as one bathroom with beautiful Sardinian tiles. The property can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine, a baby cot and a highchair. In the outdoor area you will find a spacious veranda with a dining table, a barbecue in your private, lush garden and an great view of the glittering sea. You can reach both the marina and the central town square, with shops, restaurants and cafes, in 8 minutes walking (600 m). The white beach of Spiaggia di Porto Ottiolu and the crystal clear sea furthermore await you just 1.2 km or a 15-minute walk from your front door.
