Sounds of the birds waking you in the morning confirms this oasis of peace, despite the town location. Large grounds giving plenty of space to walk your dogs last thing at night. "The property was perfect for two families to enjoy a New Year break in Cornwall. Despite some wet and wild weather we had a fabulous time thanks to the spacious, modern, well equipped and comfortable property that had everything we needed and was ideal for our group of adults, teens, younger children & dogs. "Enjoyed our stay Cottage had everything we needed plus a good view to boot Met when we arrived and shown through all we needed. When we were there there was work being done which is good to see that they are always looking to improve. That said you wouldn’t know a builder was there as they were very quiet and reserved. Dog walk field a little squelchy, but nothing you wouldn’t expect with the weather at this time of year. Thanks for having us. On our list of places we will look to return to."

"Cheaper than most and fractionally dated in its decor but thats reflected in the price. Great value for money. Located so closely to Bude. The perfect base to come backbto each day in a quiet location. The main road is noisy but you font hear it from inside the property. Views from the back garden a beautiful (yes you can see the sea). Check in and out was super smooth too. No real bad points."

"The accomodation is excellent, spotlessly clean, really lovely. We had a nice hamper on arrival, the owner Helen met us when we got there and explained everything clearly. A short walk into Bude (20 mins) and a great location for exploring North Cornwall. A guide is provided which provides some excellent recommendations for eating out and places to go. Would recommend, if you are thinking of booking don't hesitate!"
