The staff were really accommodating.
When we checked out , they looked after our cases all day.
They booked us a taxi which unfortunately was cancelled , due to the city being busy.
The guy on reception made sire we caught our bus and even took our cases to the tram stop, otherwise we would of missed our coach , to which I am very grateful for and would like to say a big
