"We loved our stay here! Scott was extremely helpful and communicative. The view and access to the water is truly unbeatable. We drank coffee on the screened in porch, sat for hours on the beach and swam. And when the 107 degree heat became too much, we sat in the beautiful sun room over looking the lake enjoying the ice cold air conditioning - so nice. We primarily cooked our meals at the house and found everything we needed to make that easy.The house is a great location for going to Boat Town Burger Bar for a burger and beer and some live music.We had a great stay and will definitely look forward to staying here again!"

"We had a group of 26 married adults. This property has the right combination of queen and king beds with en-suite bathrooms. No bunk beds was great for this no children group. Kitchen was well stocked and pantry was great for such a large group. Property has an amazing view and the 10 acres makes for a great morning walk. Pool and (surprisingly) hot tub were fan favorites everyday of our stay. Downstairs AC was a beast, even in the 100 degree August heat. Having multiple structures and kitchens was nice. Great Wi-Fi, seating (interior and exterior), and convenient location. The house and property could use some TLC- a deep cleaning, new mattresses, new AC (bedrooms), shower valves (temperature issues in some baths), and lawn/beach restoration. The one “beach” is small and the lawn is parched and full of stickers."

"The property was very peaceful and relaxing. It's nice that it's right on the water. It is well stocked with everything you would need for your stay. The game room was especially nice with ping pong table, dart board and board games. I would definitely recommend this property."

"This was a fantastic space for our large family gathering - the bedroom/beds layout is perfect for several couples to have a private space and then a huge bunk room for kid fun. Our family enjoyed the pool table, poker table and shuffleboard amenities, and the pool was a huge plus since we weren’t able to get in the lake due to the recent Llano arm flooding. This is a nice quiet part of the lake, and the views are beautiful. I would definitely stay here again. The house/pool layout is very accommodating for older family members to get around. (Note that the steps down to the dock are not - but this is clear in the photos.)I do need to point out a few things that I’m hopeful the host management team addresses for future rentals: (1) there was an issue with the pool heater being on, and it was so hot we couldn’t use it for the first 1.5 days of our stay - mgmt DID finally help us by turning off the breaker and bringing bags of ice to cool it down, but it took several back and forth calls, and the team admitted it was a known problem with previous renters; (2) little things for the high end price were annoying, such as running out of toilet paper across all the bathrooms (just stock more) and no chalk for the pool table, and no rugs to absorb the noise in the large living area.Again, this property is really fantastic! The premium price elevates expectations for ensuring the little things aren’t a distraction during the stay."

"Our family did a quick, weekend trip with our family and some of my extended family. We had a really good time and it was nice that there were additional king beds upstairs making it good for my momma to have a nice bed and not to have to climb stairs. Couple of suggestions for future visitors, pool towels for your crew and pool toys for littler kids. Additionally - our family loves the AC LOW and would have loved a few more throw blankets to have while visiting in the evenings or early mornings. Other than that the stay was very nice and would love to stay in this home again."

"There was 22 of us on this trip and this home accommodated all of us very well. The home offered a lot of activities which was great. The Lake View was great with the beach entry.The host was very easy to reach. The home is very clean and spacious."
