"Beautiful property and neighborhood. Kate is incredibly responsive and did her best to address all concerns. The check in process was very smooth, however we arrived as the gutters were being cleaned and there was debris all over. Wade, the local property manager came by to put the boat in and asked the gutter crew to clean up their mess. "This house was ideal as a gathering spot for the three generations of our family, with ample room to spread out, along with multiple gathering places for all 15 of us to be together. The lake was ideal for swimming and boating and this house is well positioned away from the regular boating traffic of Lake Oconee. Our host was very responsive to questions and made it all very easy. We would do it all again."

"Thank you for all the extra attention to the property. We were able to come and enjoy a great weekend with our teenagers. Dock is in great shape, host provides chairs, corn hole and lots of extras to keep you busy. Great TV and speakers for the Georgia game, it was a wonderful experience. "This home has a very welcoming feel and nice touches. The owners provided some toiletries and paper products. They were also very responsive to any questions. We had 16 people and there was lots of room for parking. The showers were great, and we never ran out of hot water. The beds were comfortable. "Three Moms, Three daughters. Loved the house, loved the views. Loved the boating. The sheets were not clean in two rooms. We had to wash them and remake the beds before we could sleep on them. Other than that, the house was great. A few things broken before we arrived like a TP holder and a cabinet door....but overall the house is very nice."
