"The place has a great location and legacy, but that is pretty much it. It is super run down: needs a lot of renovations: everything looks very dated (I mean there are AC units in the windows and really scary carpet throughout!). Most importantly, it has no black out curtains and there are gaps (like an inch) b/w the door and door frame, there is no sound insulation: it is super loud and impossible to get a good night's sleep. If you get crazy people next door, who are partying into the wee hours, you are doomed!"
