We booked a room to get away and have some time away from kids and to sleep in. Housekeeping woke us up twice, and one time we even had the sign out that we were good for now or the do not disturb sign. Checkout wasn’t till noon and 1st wake up was 8.
The drop off is actually right on street, not a pull in.

The hotel was humid anywhere we went. Our air conditioning couldn't keep up. We were on the 2nd floor & our friends were on the 12 floor & had the same issues. Couldn't find an ice machine anywhere.
