"Front desk staff was great. Room was clean and request for 1st floor was granted. We only had coffee but food smelled good. Only complaint is with Expedia. Although the 1st floor was granted, it is not always the case. Also, the hotel is pet friendly but the charge for pet is not included in the rate at booking. Can’t Expedia show the actual pet rates for the rooms? Thank you"
