En términos generales, mi estadía fue aceptable; sin embargo, el día de finalización de la reserva fue realmente inaceptable. El check-out estaba establecido para la 1:00 p.m., y llegué a las 12:35 p.m. para recoger mis pertenencias, pero encontré mi habitación completamente abierta, sin personal del hotel presente y sin ningún control que garantizara la seguridad de mis objetos personales. Es inadmisible que, faltando aún tiempo dentro del horario contratado, se vulneren las condiciones básicas de seguridad y privacidad de los huéspedes. Las políticas de cualquier establecimiento deben proteger las pertenencias de quienes aún se encuentran dentro de su periodo de reserva, y es deber del hotel mantener cerradas las habitaciones hasta que se cumpla la hora oficial de salida o hasta que el huésped entregue formalmente las llaves. Este tipo de situaciones no solo genera inseguridad y desconfianza, sino que además compromete la imagen del lugar y la tranquilidad de quienes confiamos en su servicio. Espero que revisen sus protocolos y refuercen sus medidas de control para evitar que algo así vuelva a ocurrir.

Por error no realice bien mi reservación y cuando llegue para hacer el check-in la persona que me atendió fue súper amable, paciente y me ayudó a resolver mi problema. También la administración fue muy cuidadosa para hacernos sentir muy cómodos durante nuestra estancia y ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitábamos. El desayuno estuvo delicioso y las personas muy pendientes del más mínimo detalle. Definitivamente volvería a escoger este hotel en Bucaramanga y lo super recomiendo. 10 de 10.

El Hotel está ubicado en el Centro en una zona tranquila. La piscina es muy buena, el desayuno rico, pero falta variedad. as habitaciones muy limpias, con lo suficiente para una estadía corta.

FALTA DE INFORMACION

Obsequié a unos familiares una de mis noches de obsequio para que pernoctaran en el hotel y constinuaran su viaje al día diguiente. Todo lo reservé por internet, pero al llegar la persona de recepción les manifestó que si estaba la reserva pero que debían pagar por que no les aparecía nada al respecto. Al final y luego del impase, les permitieron ingresar pagando el IVA, mientras al otro día revisaban con contabilidad el tema. mala experiencia de llegada ya que fue un obsequio que le día a mis familiares para que durmieran, pero perdimos tiempo en aclaraciones que deberían ser claras en las reservas mismas de las páginas de Hotels.com
