"Big ups Riu Montego Bay. My partner and I enjoyed our stay. We especially love the staff and their warm smiles. I want to give a huge shout out to Chervelle that served us at the Rose Hall. She has a smile that brightens up any room. Also want to bip up Jahmarie and Trishauna. They went above and beyond and showed us so much love. Thank you Riu Montego Bay for a wonderful stay and time. "To find this property in the heart of Mandeville was a joy. As the gate open and I was greeted by the security staff the place felt and looked safe. The reception staff were knowledgable and polite which made the information easy to understand. We slept well on our stay but I must mention the breakfast 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲 authentic mouth watering Jamaican food served with a smile. If you want something else you just simply ask. There were great parking facilities and there was also a buggy to show you around. It was a blessing finding this hotel and we will be returning with the rest of our family. Well done to the owners of this property and your staff has done you proud."

"Our stay at the villa was absolutely amazing! The villa was beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally clean. The staff was incredible—so attentive, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our entire stay. They truly went above and beyond and made it very hard for us to leave!Chef Tameika prepared the most delicious meals, and every dish was beautifully presented. The food was honestly one of the highlights of our stay. From the beautiful villa to the amazing staff and incredible food, we had an unforgettable experience."

"We had an absolutely amazing stay at this villa in Jamaica and honestly couldn’t recommend it highly enough.The villa itself was beautiful, but what really made the holiday so special was the incredible team looking after us. From the moment we arrived, nothing was ever too much trouble. The chef was fantastic and every meal was amazing — fresh, beautifully prepared and some of the best food we had during our entire trip.The butler and housekeeper were brilliant and made sure everything was taken care of throughout our stay. The level of service was exceptional, but at the same time it never felt intrusive. Everyone was warm, friendly and genuinely wanted us to have the best possible experience.Having a driver available also made such a difference and meant we could completely relax and enjoy Jamaica without worrying about getting around.It really felt like having the service of a luxury hotel but with the privacy, space and comfort of your own villa. The staff became a huge part of what made the holiday so memorable and we were genuinely sad to leave.Amazing villa, amazing food, amazing service and, most importantly, amazing people.We would 100% stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special villa experience in Jamaica. An unforgettable holiday from start to finish."

"I love the fact that it’s a good family place to stay , with good parking , you feel at home when you are there it’s like a home away from home , my only problem was one room wasn’t fully AIR conditions and the summer was really hot but they did have enough fans , I would give them a 9 and a half outta 10 ,,, the next half is for the room that wasn’t fully AC but I love it , environment was quiet."
