Can’t beat it views in the most peaceful setting

We loved it! It was a perfect weekend getaway for us. Check in was flawless and The Eagle’s Nest was such a lovely cabin. Watching the fog roll through below us was a highlight. The hot tub was the perfect location to be during the rain since it’s tucked under the deck. We could have watched the view the whole time but we did sneak away to amazing meals at Top of the Rock and The Lookout Winery. Looking forward to returning!!

Our Flight to the nest

We chose to come back to Eagle’s nest based on a past visit, we were not disappointed loved the solitude and views we will recommend our spot once again! Wish there was a bathroom upstairs! Too dangers route in the middle of the night! Please change some of the decorative pillows they look a bit ratty! Lots of love will do that!

great view - as advertised

Everything about the place was great. The covered deck is not completely private from adjacent cabins, but the hot tub below is and still has a partial view (watch your head exiting the hot tub). The adjacent cabins are far enough away to feel reasonably private and we loved the fire pit by the picnic table and swing. The shower drained a bit slow, but was ultimately functional.

Sis Trip 2023

My sister and I stayed here for our annual sister trip and loved every minute of our stay. The view is phenomenal, the layout was cabin was perfect and we were lucky enough to meet one of the owners, who told us about some excellent leaf peeping opportunities. I would absolutely stay here again - we're already thinking of our next trip!

Amazing View

We had an amazing time . As a owner you do look around with different eyes and the cabin was clean, well equipped in the kitchen , and enough linens. We loved sitting outside and watch the view in the morning with the clouds. Also, watching the boats move via the lock was quite enjoyable ! We felt safe with the gated community and the cabins were close but we never heard anyone . We will be back !

We stayed in the Eagles Nest cabin and it was perfect. The cabin was very nice and cozy. Moreover, it was very clean and well equipped. And the view! Oh my gosh, the view! It was amazing. Pictures don't do it justice. We will definitely be staying with Grant Summit Cabins again.

Peaceful cabin

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at the Eagle's Nest. It was just what we needed to rest and relax. We spent a lot of time outdoors and enjoyed the beautiful scenery.

Convenient, enjoyable, beautiful escape

These cabins are well set up to provide a pleasant mountain getaway. Easy to get to, and secure with the gated entrance. The available fire wood for making fires inside and out was a very nice feature. Great for families like us, or for a smaller more quaint getaway.

Such a gem!

We love Grant Summit Cabins so much! Eagles Nest is such a lovely cabin!! The upstairs rooms are perfect for kids or friends, and the layout is great. Kenny is wonderful to work with and we love all 5 cabins on the ridge!

Short stay for train ride

Me, my husband, and our 2 kids (20m and 3 years old) went to Chattanooga for a train ride at the North Pole Limited. The Eagles nest was perfect. The cabin was beautiful and it was great for our little getaway. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay!

The view! It's so beautiful! And the cabin has all necessary things to bring your food and cook, and also washer and dryer! My children loved upstairs and making smores at evening!
