Aggieland Vacation Rentals requires guests to be a minimum of 25 years or older to sign the booking agreement and be responsible for all guests in the party. As a locally owned and operated company, we give you peace of mind that your reservations are always protected and secure!
The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property. Guest MUST digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in. Booking guest must be 25 years or older to reserve and digitally sign the Booking Agreement.
1. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in or on our properties. If the cleaning crew or Booking Agent detects any evidence of smoking, we will retain $400 of your deposit to deodorize the home.
2. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees.
3. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $200 will be retained from your deposit plus $50 per person.
4. Guest Responsibilities: All the properties are privately owned. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.
5. Property Maintenance: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses, as parties are prohibited.
6. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property and do not take outdoor furniture inside of the property.
7. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed at this property. A $200 non-refundable pet fee is required. Pets are allowed in our pet-friendly properties ONLY if the Booking Agent and Homeowners agree prior to booking. If any pets are found in the properties without a previous agreement, the Guest will be fined $200, and the booking will be terminated.
8. Parking: Parking is allowed on the driveway.
9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty, you may be billed for additional cleaning time.
10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogged the plumbing system, the Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.
11. Fires & Grill (if applicable): Absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. There is a grill available for use. Please put it back in its original position and clean it after each use.
12. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial setup of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (e.g., toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, etc.).
13. Trash: No trash or other items may be left on the property. Please collect all trash, bag it, and place it into the city garbage can. There will be a $25 charge if this rule is not followed.
14. Secure the Property: Close and lock all windows, close blinds, and lock all doors. Contact the Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property.
15. Events: If the Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from the Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added.
16. Equipment: Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the Guest for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure.
17. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest in case of emergency. Any Guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.
18. There is a private pool available for use down the street. Pool rules are posted on site. Guests MUST follow all pool rules.

Great Stay at Casa di Vino
We had a great experience renting Casa di Vino for a graduation weekend. All three bedrooms were very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen, dining/living areas, and backyard were great for entertaining family and friends.
This is a great house to spend time in Bryan/College Station. The rooms are comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/cooking tools for cooking, and the living room is a nice place to hang out.
We needed a short weekend away during the Covid Pandemic and this was the perfect spot. The house is just as advertised. We enjoyed a day at Messina Hof but most of the weekend we just enjoyed relaxing at the house.
This house is so cute and well maintained.we needed a place to stay during the remodel of our house. It was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 dogs for the month. Kitchen has all the necessities and we cooked almost every night. My husband was able to work from home using the guest bedroom as his office. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

New Student Conference
We are from out of town and do not know the area well, but it was very nice to stay here for many reasons. Its accessible from the highway and is a short drive to campus, a very easy drive maybe 10 minutes. Really nice to pull into the garage and enter the home. There is a Kroger Grocery store minutes away as well as new restaurants. It was very clean and felt like home when we walked in. The house is updated and would comfortably sleep 6. We use VRBO for traveling and I would definitely stay here again.
The only disappointment was that the yard was not mowed and we couldn’t enjoy outdoor activities that we had planned

Very enjoyable stay at Casa di Vino
We spent 5 weeks at Casa di Vino and it suited our needs perfectly. It was located in a quiet neighborhood, yet with easy access to both Bryan and College Station. The community pool was clean and refreshing on hot July afternoons. The house was very comfortable with an open living area, comfy beds and spacious baths. The kitchen was especially well appointed with service for 20, complete with an assortment of placemats, napkins, cloths and coasters. Every small appliance, kitchen utensil or cooking/baking pot or dish you might need are provided. It's a special place, perfect for any occasion!
PS-- and our security deposit was processed and returned within a week of our departure!

Very nice home that suited our needs perfectly
This home is located in a nice neighborhood near Messina Hof and the Bryan Municipal airport. It was perfect for our family of 4 and our dog to stay during the Thanksgiving break. Furnishings were nice, beds were comfortable, yard was large which the dog really enjoyed. Kitchen had lots of pots, pans, utensils, etc. and they were the "nicer" stuff - Calphalon pans, OXO kitchen tools, Keurig, etc. The only drawback was that the house is located at the very front of the neighborhood near a somewhat busy road. I'm a light sleeper, and I could hear the cars throughout the night. Being a light sleeper, I always pack earplugs, so I slept fine once I used them.
Great location. Rental info should indicate coffee maker is a Keurig tho, and not a drip pot. Brought our groceries with us, but had to venture out for pods.
The property is well kept however the only TV in the whole house (living room) was not setup with Cable or Live. The BBQ Pit was out of propane and the grill was very dirty. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The master bathroom roll was half gone when arrived.
