Regarding outdated family room ,as you my know The Hotel ( recently newly acquired by its current Owners ) is under going a series of Refurbishment to its upper floors,your feedback is taken into consideration and has been passed to the relevant department in order to improve the guest experience. we are sorry that in the evening you didn't feel at ease our property is in the new business development area a few minutes away from the main attractions of the city center ,close proximity of the North train Station ,metro stations ,shopping street (rue neuve ) and restaurant are within walking distance,despite the prejudgement the it is local and safe neighbourhood. we wish you had informed us during your stay about your concern so that our Guest relations team would have reassured you . we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you in our property again ,and do our best to meet your expectations .
