The room is clean and comfortable
The room was clean and comfortable byu i had to ask members of staff for milk and coffee twice because it was delivered to my room and it's near the red light district and it's in a rough and dodgy area and but it's quite near the city centre and the metro
Clean hotel right next to Gare du North train station

Great value for Brussels
Reasonable hotel just next to Brussels Nord.
Reasonable for the height of the season. Staff very helpful. My rooms was massive!!! Maybe not the newest, but functional and very practical and well priced accordingly.

Great budget hotel. Bit outdated in terms of furniture and amenities, but location is perfect (noisy due to trains, not a problem for me though) and price is honest!

The location is near to the train station, the room is clear, but old
I traveled for work and had a great experience. I greatly appreciated that the concierge was able to check me in when I arrived several hours early. I also recommend the delicious breakfast!
It was convenient for the Nord Station. The noise from the trains was cut out by the windows. The staff were friendly on my arrival.
The room was large, making it very easy to re-organise my luggage before heading back to the UK.
The shower head attachment was broken but the shower worked fine. The electric sockets were difficult to plug into. These were the only negatives that I had.
The location was good if you are using the north station

Good for short stays
Good for the price. Good location. Close local transit. Safe area. Not a good location if you need a relaxing vacation. The room was not well ventilated. The hotel definitely needs to be renovated.

Convenient location, however the hotel requires some attention.
Staff helpful
Location is perfect for business visits. Just about 15 mins from the airport. The hotel itself is very outdated and noisy due to the fact that it's overseas the railtracks. Friendly staff at the reception.

Good for the pricd
Good location, there was some noise coming from the street (our room had windows on main street). Friendly staff.
Nice hotel close to the metro and railway stations
The receptionists were friendly and check in was easy. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, however it was strange that there was only one chair on the room despite I got a double room at the check in.
Despite the room was on the first floor and was facing the street the room wasn't noisy and I could sleep well. The railway station and the closest metro station is only a few minutes walk from the hotel, it was easy to go for sightseeing.
At first, the air conditioner of our room wasn’t working properly. We’ve requested the reception to change room that they were hesitated to change room for us. Then we really wanted to change room, they’ve changed the room for us. The room was large, clean but it was facing the rail station that it had a lot of noise. The reception staff is very helpful. The hotel is located very near to public transport but one side seems very safe and the other side seems unsafe at night. Overall we did enjoy our trip but rather stay closer to City Centre next time.

The hotel is well located. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only difficulty is that the train station is very close which in many cases it can be an advantage. However, if you're very sensible to the noise this can be a problem.

Positive - polite and helpful staff, easy to walk into the centre (straight line from hotel, 10 mins).
Negative - It's opposite the train station so noisy. The red light district is one street away, so a few dodgy characters, but I felt safe walking back to the hotel.
The benefit here is that this is more or less directly at Brussels Nord station. So if you have an early train and you want to be out of hotel and into station quickly it’s fine. But it’s a poor quality hotel with old style. But beds were comfy and shower was hot so ok on a budget

Basic hotel with large rooms.Good for Gare du Nord
Right next to Gare du Nord. So, good for transport but area is not the best. Hotel is basic but staff friendly and room very big.
The hotel is across the street from Brussels Nord station and I had a room which overlooked the trains coming in and out of the station, which I enjoyed but may not be to everyone's taste. Brussels Nord is the grungiest area of Brussels but the hotel is really safe and convenient for the station. The price was very good for the quality of the hotel.
The rooms are big and spacious and hotel service was ok but they can do better with the breakfast menu - there were barely any hot meal options asides eggs and bacon. Some oatmeal would have been nice.
Also there’s no concierge so you’ll have to wait for someone at the reception desk to help you with your bags.
All in all will say it was an affordable stay right in the city center and easily accessible to the train.
