Melhor lugar, não vai se arrepender!

Perfeitamente incrível. Deixou entrar antes do horário do checkin. Quarto super limpo, banheiro limpo, tudo aconchegante, cama ótima, o dono mesmo não sabendo falar inglês se esforçou ao máximo para nos orientar onde ir e onde comer. Café da manhã excelente. O único lugar que fiquei onde não tenho NADA a reclamar!

We rolled into town late and were tired. Sadly the restaurant was under renovation. Not to worry; the staff was very helpful and friendly and gave advise on local places to eat. (go to Le Tram de Boitsfort - excellent burgers fries and beers!!!). Delicious breakfast the next morning. Oh -and the room included a nice fan!! More European hotels should include that in the summertime.

Au Repos des Chasseurs provided us with a very comfortable room for one night while we supported our son with a house move. The rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was somewhat limited but perfectly adequate. Notably there is no lift to the first floor bedrooms. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms (although we were able to access boiling water in the dining room in the evening). There is no restaurant within the hotel, but a very good one (Au Grand Forestier) a short walk away.

A lovely place to stay! We selected a family sized room and were near the back of the property. We had access to the deck and there is a forest with a walking trail behind the property. The view from the deck of the city and the forest is lovely. The room was very spacious and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom is large and has a tub shower combination. Check in was quick and the gentlemen who helped us had a good sense of humour as we navigated a language barrier. The provided breakfast was very nice and had lots of options. The lady running the breakfast was awesome. Helped us with the coffee machine, socialized with all the patrons, and was very kind to our children. She totally deserves a shout out. The only issue is parking as there are no designated places to park.

Lors de mon séjour à Bruxelles, j'ai eu le plaisir de séjourner dans un hôtel qui a vraiment dépassé mes attentes. Tout d'abord, je tiens à souligner l'attention et le soin apportés par le personnel. Du moment de l'enregistrement jusqu'au départ, tous ont été extrêmement serviables, polis et toujours prêts à aider avec un sourire. Cette hospitalité a fait toute la différence dans mon expérience. L'hôtel se distingue également par sa propreté impeccable. Les chambres, ainsi que les espaces communs, étaient toujours très bien entretenus, offrant un environnement agréable et confortable. On peut vraiment apprécier l'effort de l'équipe pour maintenir ces standards élevés. Situé à seulement 30 minutes en voiture des principaux points touristiques de Bruxelles, cet hôtel représente une excellente option pour ceux qui souhaitent découvrir la ville tout en profitant d'un cadre reposant et accueillant. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour agréable et sans soucis à Bruxelles.

The hotel is reasonable, very good location with easy access by car or public transportation, kind staff, breakfast is decent even though simple, close to Fox food market which is great. The only problem we had - and I believe it was a misunderstanding - is that our towels were not changed when requested. In total we stayed 4 nights in 3 people and only on the 3rd day we asked to change only 4 towels (2 bath towels, 1 face towel and 1 bath mat). We followed their instructions and left them all on the floor, so we expected they would be changed. To our surprise, the same towels were hung back. Apart from that, things were fine.

The hotel is very cute, the rooms are large, the breakfast is excellent, the staff is very nice, the neighborhood is a leafy quiet suburb with good public transit access (5 minute walk to tram, 15 to metro via a delightful walk through parks). We really did enjoy it. But I took off a star because of the inaccuracy of the listing. There is no parking on site. You can park on the street, but there are only a few spaces that do not require you to move your car every couple of hours during the day (blue zone area). And right now, the restaurant is being reroofed and is closed, something that should have been mentioned in the listing. We got there after a long day expecting to be able to eat in the hotel and were very disappointed. After we got over that, we had a wonderful stay.

Hotel cher par rapport aux prestations

L’hôtel est situé à coté de la forêt et c'est calme . Le stationnement se fait dans la rue sur un petit trottoir , attention à partir de 9h00 il faut le disque bleu de stationnement .Les chambres sont propres mais pas de sèche cheveux , pas de bouilloire pour un café ou un thé , pas de mini bar.Le lit simple à ressort qualité moyenne.La salle de bain est dans un style vieillot ,sans fenetre, mais propre L'accès se fait par un escalier pas très large sans ascenceur sur 2 étages .La television est à ecran plat mais très petite et la qualité de reception très mauvaise.Le wifi fonctionnait bien. Pas de climatisation .Petit dejeuner correct mais pas de grand choix.Ceci pour un prix de 136€ avec petit dejeuner.

Disappointed

This hotel was disappointed. Pictures and information shown in Hotels.com looked very nice with reasonable prices. However reality was different. Building is poorly built and everything is very cozy. Almost nothing was supplied as amenity. Even towels were not provided until we asked. No lift, no fridge, no kettle. Not value for money. I will not recommend.

小心這家旅店會吃掉你的訂單，當天入住時再榨取你現場付高額的價格

我三月就訂了房間，由於有人提早離開，所以同一個飯店有兩筆訂單。結果八月入住當天旅館堅持沒有收到我們的訂單，並把本週所有訂房紀錄給我們看。結果我們明明就看到三天後的訂單是有被確認的。即使Hotels.com當場打電話到櫃檯說明，旅館業者依然用訂房部已經下班，他不知道，不斷否認我們已經訂房的事實。並且要求一定要現場收到現金才肯讓我們入住。於是Hotel.com以129歐元一晚的價格，同意由訂房網站退費給我們。讓我們好現場支付現金。但是等到我們入住房間後，旅館又以入住的人數和電話裡說好的不一樣，和我們多收了95歐元。 整個過程前前後後浪費了我們5小時的時間。原本我以為週一的時候會有訂房部的人跟我們說明或溝通。但是等到週一的時候旅館業者依然在裝死當在地的朋友聽到了我們的遭遇後，跟我們說他之前有另外一個朋友在拜訪這裡的時候也發生一樣的事情。如果兩筆訂單都沒有收到，我會認為是飯店的電信系統可能過於老舊。但是量比訂單有一筆收到另外一筆去生成沒有收到，我懷疑這個是飯店業者先誘騙旅客到達現場之後，再來誆騙旅客當天付高額現場價的一種詐騙手法。 此外，房間的浴室沒有全遮式的浴簾。浴室的地板總是非常的濕滑， 十分危險。我們不得不在夏天開啟發熱板，讓浴室的地板至少有一半是乾燥的，這非常的浪費電不環保。

De havde ikke noget værelse til os da vi ankom. De kunne hverken tale engelsk eller tysk det lignede en byggeplads. Da vi så ringede til hotels for at klage kom vi igennem til en sød medarbejder som ville viderstille os til en anden afdeling som skulle ringe tilbage, for at hjælpe med at slette opholdet, men vi har aldrig hørt fra jer.

Bonjour, hôtel très agréable et bien située. Seul bémol, au départ, alors que j'avais déjà payé, le réceptionniste, italien ne parlant pas français et moyennement anglais, a prétendu que je n'avais pas réglé et que Hotel.com ne le règlait pas ; je parlais italien et ait pu lui prouvé le contraire avec mon relevé de carte bleu et de mails hotel.com A noter qu'ils facturaient 20 € de moins que ce que j'ai réglé.

Got the job done

Good location. Slow season so minimum staff. 120euro would have been better price. I’d stay again.
