The building is new. It is very well maintained and very clean. Excellent and very helpful staff.
The location is NOT in the City Centre. Hence, there are not many areas to walk about and not easy to find any restaurants close to the hotel.

"Nice and close to the outlet mall, but not set up for modern use. There were very few outlets for device plug in and charging. The pillows are flat and unsupportive. The shower has a body wash bottle attached on the wall, but no shampoo bottle."

"Definitely not a 4 star hotel, more like 2. The hotel has good potential, but it’s very old and dated. Staff is unhelpful and restaurant is awful. Do yourself a favor and stay away."
