"Great quiet location at the end of a U and S Bahn line. The convenience to the train, bakery, grocery store, and drug store were wonderful for our week+ stay. The breakfast was a little high priced for what it offered, but it was good. The themed social rooms on each floor was a fun touch, though some were missing items in them. We would come back here again if we come back to Munich."

"I had an extremely disappointing and uncomfortable stay at this hotel. The room was very dirty, poorly maintained, and did not feel hygienic or suitable for guests. Cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt unsafe and inappropriate. I also had a very negative interaction with the manager, Kemal, who was rude and unprofessional when concerns were raised. "The hotel was nice and it was an easy check in and check out process. The one reason I rate this hotel lower is because the air condition was virtually non-existent. It is advertised that this hotel has AC, but it doesn’t work. I had to open the window in the middle of the night and it provides very little airflow since the curtain is drawn over it. Not an ideal hotel for those who like a cooler room and airflow."
