夏休みに家族で滞在しました。とても清潔で、快適なホテルでした。朝食の温かいオムレツが美味しかったです。作って下さったスタッフさんもフレンドリーで良い方でした。 オランダ語全く話せませんが、全て英語でやりとりできたので困りませんでした。部屋はエアコン付き、小さな冷蔵庫があります。シャワー水圧はすごく強いわけではありませんが、問題ありません。 立地もとても良く、マルクト広場まですぐです。今回車で来ましたが、近くに地下駐車場があった点も良かったです。

We ledt too early for breakfast, but the room was newly renovated and clean. Short walk to the town square and everything we wanted to see. Staff was friendly, pleasant and accommodating. Would stay again anytime! Excellent choice for us!

We hadden een mooie kamer met een goede badkamer. Het bed was uitstekend. De ontbijtzaal was gezellig en het eten was lekker. Het enige minpunt van het hotel is de gehorigheid. Een kamer aan de straatkant brengt veel straatlawaai met zich mee. Voor de rest prima, goed gelegen.

The Hotel Lucca, nestled in the medieval city of Bruges, was an absolute delight. Our newly renovated room was immaculate, small but very comfortable. The location was exceptional, offering picturesque views of the surrounding historic buildings and placing us just steps from the town square. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and incredibly helpful, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Absolutely wonderful stay at the Hotel Lucca! The hotel staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and gave us some great recommendations nearby. Super close to the market center but far enough away where you don’t have as much traffic. Room was huge for the three of us and the shower was spectacular. Be advised there is not an elevator so if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage like we did, you might need some help bringing everything upstairs! Overall, an absolutely lovely experience and would 100% stay here again!

3 upsides...location removed from the Markt plaza noise and bustle; still very close and direct to some nice restaurant choices and sights; staff is very quick and helpful.....3 downsides, room to room and car noise could be better acoustically; no step in shower in our room only a high tub edge; limited individualized temp control of our room due to system design.

Lovely hotel

This is a newly renovated property less than a 5 minute walk to the main city square (and dining and shopping). The property was beautifully appointed with modern amenities yet maintained its old world charm. I highly recommend Hotel Lucca nestled on a quiet side street yet so accessible to everything. Super schönes Hotel, gigantisch große, wunderschöne Zimmer, tolle Verbindung von Modern und Altbau. Ist nicht so weit weg von der Innenstadt, trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Das Personal ist super freundlich - und helfen gerne mit dem Gepäck (Aufzug gibt's keinen). Auch die Flure sind super schön eingerichtet und es gibt überall etwas zu entdecken! Definitiv eine Empfehlung

Hotel ubicado cerca del centro y en zona tranquila donde puedes descansar después de estar todo el día recorriendo la ciudad. El desayuno es excelente y vale la pena pagar el suplemento. Son muy atentos y amables. por contra, creo que los horarios de recepción son muy justos y un hotel que cierre recepción a las 19 h me parece algo justo de tiempo. Tampoco ayuda que no tengan ni idea del español cuando es una región que se habla bastante ( las misas las dan en castellano ) y si, tienen un ingles fluido pero si tu ingles no es bueno, te va a costar comunicarte. por ultimo. señalar que es un hotel SIN ascensor y con escaleras desde nada mas entrar y las del 2º piso son de madera antiguas de peldaños anchos pero pequeños y que si la persona tiene dificultades para subir peldaños, aqui lo puede pasar mal. Si no pueden subir escaleras, mejor escoja otro hotel. destacaría, que el aparato de aire acondicionado está mal ubicado y tira el aire directo hacia la cama, por lo que es muy incomodo dormir recibiendo el aire directo. Por lo demás, todo genial.
