I had problem with my card key that i had to go down 5 times to change my card till they fixed it not sure what was the problem but thankfully got fixed a day before i fly back home the staff in front desk were very nice 10/10

Hotel is located on Gran Via right accross from the Callao metro station, great location near restaurants and shopping, also not far from the Plaza Mayor, Puerta Del Sol and Prado area. The breakfast is good, the room is basic but clean and comfortable. We’ll probably stay here again when returning to Madrid.

Mixed up my reservation, no restaurant available. Sparce poorly equipped rooms, overcharged for dinner. One towel, loo roll and shampoo between two of us. No double bedc as agreed. An horrible experience all round.

Check in went smoothly, got to our room to discover we did not get our upgrade, the gentleman later was nice and gave us the upgrade, we wanted the upgrade as that's where the coffee was, however, if you want more then the two capsules they give you, they charge you!
