気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
We tried to check in to our room after midnight. We were given a smoking room that was disgusting. One of the beds had hairs all in it and stains. There was trash left under the chair. We requested to move rooms, to see if there was a nonsmoking room. We were told there were no remaining rooms left, so we left but were told that I need to speak with the manager (Neely) in the morning for a refund/cancellation. When I called, Neely refused to speak with me and instead I spoke with Nil. Nil told me that the room was clean and refused to admit there was any issue. Nil refuses to refund us any of our money or make it right in anyway.
I would NOT recommend this hotel or this service.
I would rate this as ZERO stars if I was able to.
