Hi,Thank you for your feedback. I'm a bit confused as to why you didn't come to reception and mention the issue with the hot water as we can't fix anything if we aren't made aware of it. Our front desk girl even asked you on check out if everything was ok with your stay and you said yes everything was fine and then you sent an email to her 30mins later. I'm unsure on the remediation you required us to do once you had already checked out. We have fixed the hot water issue now that we are aware of it.In regards to our location, most of our guests book here due to the proximity to the beach.

Thank you for your review. Yes agree. Our Maintenance Manager was away for 5 months of last year and we relied on travelers to maintain the standard we expect however this did not always meet our expectation either. We are getting back to the standard we expect but it is taking sometime. I also am happy to advise that during Jan 2021 we will be replacing the partitions in the communal bathrooms which are stating to show signs of wear and hope that when you next visit you see improvement. Hi Aaron, We understand that you are annoyed that you were evicted for this offence but as you were the only Expedia booking in this room, we therefore realise this review is from yourself. You were identified by other guests as the person that committed this disgusting act. Not only were you drinking in your room, you were so intoxicated that you choose to urinated in the room with other guests around. Hence your eviction.
