「Very quiet, very clean with comfortable beds. The air conditioner wasn’t working the first night but the owner quickly fixed it. We also found that the dryer wasn’t working as well but I’m sure it has been quickly repaired as well. There was good communication between owner and guests. The owner, Brad, had provided everything a guest might need by thoughtfully placing items such as toothpaste, in drawers. The only thing missing was a hair dryer. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay here...

「Everything was wonderful, however the lower bedroom bathroom door knob came off and two guests at different times where locked in the bathroom after finding a long metal piece on the floor from the lock they opened the door, maybe a suggestion to fix the lock or door knobs. Other wise a fantastic trip!」

「The house was very clean when we arrived. We had everything we needed. The home has a Keurig single serve coffee maker and a few pods to get you started, which was perfect. Other reviews said there was no TV in the livingroom, but there is one and that was nice. We didn't cook anything, but there are plenty of pots and pans and some basic spices, as well as individual packets of condiments. 「Our stay was absolutely wonderful, the house fit our family of 5 perfectly!!! The pool was clean and great for the kids (lots of pool toys) Great location in between Crystal river, Homosassa, and Clearwater!!!! Yummy delicious restuarnts that are kid friendly near by. Neighbors shot off fireworks for newyears and they were better than Disney Worlds fireworks!!!!! WE PLAN TO COME BACK REAL SOON!!!!」
