The only issue I have is saying place is ocean view is a bit of a stretch. You can see the ocean on the horizon through the trees etc. There is no real view. "We three adults stayed here for 2 nights. It was charming and in a good location. Having the bathroom attached to the bedroom was ok for us but not great. The sofa bed in the living room was broken. I managed ok on it but a large person and certainly 2 would not. It's a sweet place for up to 3-4 people if they share a bed--definitely cozy--(great shower!)"

"We absolutely loved staying at this cozy spot right in the heart of Capitola Village. It had everything we needed and fit our family of 3 + a pup perfectly. The host was super responsive and all went smoothly. The only drawback is that the hot water smells a bit when you first turn it on. Not sure how you would fix that though.
