"This is not a five star hotel but our stay rates five stars because for a bare bones, no frills hotel, everything was great. The hotel is on a main street a short walk from a beach, the port restaurants, and shopping. The room was spotless when we arrived and the bed was comfortable, so in terms of value, this was a terrific place to stay. Since there are no amenities (no guest laundry for example), there is really nothing to rate, but again for the price this was a fine place to stay. We were...

"Overall being at the lakefront in this area was very nice. The houses that you rent are all for sale with large FOR SALE signs in the window which takes away from having a nice immersive experience. The house was not so well designed - some tripping hazards between rooms, lack of shades in the main space so you can't use it at times. The lock did not work in the main door. I can see they tried to make this nice but with the for sale signs I assume they are going out of business at this point so I do not recommend. We would not return here. "
