Welcome to Casa Agave, a stunning vacation retreat located in the serene woods of Broken Bow. This Spanish revival-themed cabin offers a perfect mix of tranquility and convenience, with easy access to local restaurants and attractions. The property exudes charm and authenticity, providing a unique and memorable stay for up to 16 guests in its four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and bunk room. For guests with electric vehicles, Casa Agave is equipped with an EV plug and cord, ensuring a convenient charging option during your stay.

The living room is a cozy haven with two large couches, accent chairs, coffee tables, a stucco gas fireplace, and a big-screen TV. Guests can unwind in the reading nook or enjoy some friendly competition on the custom-made arcade console loaded with over 1,000 games.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts a large granite island, a coffee bar stocked with flavored syrups, and all the essentials for preparing and enjoying meals. The dining area features a table for 10 and additional seating for 5 at the kitchen island, perfect for gathering together for meals and conversation.

The first master bedroom offers a luxurious retreat with a king-size bed, a closet, nightstands, a big-screen TV, and direct access to the back deck with a large outdoor daybed swing. The ensuite bathroom includes a single vanity sink and a spacious walk-in shower with a hand held shower head, and all necessary linens and toiletries provided for a comfortable stay.

The second master bedroom and bathroom offers a luxurious retreat with a king-size bed, nightstands on both sides, a large dresser, a big-screen TV, and direct access to a private covered patio. The ensuite bathroom features a single vanity sink and a large walk-in shower, providing a relaxing space for guests.

The third master bedroom and bathroom also boasts a king-size bed, nightstands, a big-screen TV, a large walk in closet, a vanity and bench that could be used as a work space, and direct access to the main deck. The ensuite bathroom features a single vanity sink and a large walk-in shower, offering a refreshing experience.

Moving on to the fourth master bedroom and bathroom located upstairs, guests will find a spacious room with a king-size bed, nightstands, a closet, and a big-screen TV. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with double vanity sinks and a large double walk-in shower, providing a luxurious experience.

The Bunk Room/Loft area bathroom located upstairs offers a fun and entertaining space with double-stacked twin-size bunks, triple-stacked queen-size bunks, and a big-screen TV. Guests can enjoy games like shuffleboard and air hockey in this lively room. This area is perfect for families or groups looking for a playful and enjoyable stay during their vacation. This room is also has its own attached bathroom with a walk in shower and single vanity.

In front of the house, a porch swing and multiple Adirondack chairs offer a picturesque spot to start your day by watching the sunrise or unwind with a good book. This property has a path to the creek with easy access right beside the play set structure.

General Information - Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet with an iron and ironing board. An EV outlet is available, but guests will need to provide their own charger. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May 15th). Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. The only cameras being monitored during your stay are the front-facing cameras to ensure guests do not go over max occupancy at check-in. Wi-Fi can be spotty if you are in a rural area. Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a 6% processing fee. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 16, with no exceptions.

It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.

Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
