「The whole experience was good the room was clean and well equipped, tea Coffe and Cadbury hot chocolate, biscuits and a nice chocolate all helped with first impressions. Cooling fans were provided and required even in October. Frasers breakfast are truly amazing. Plenty of space to park your car, a great location at the top of the high street near Waitrose. Definitely would stay again.」

「Rubbish place to stay」

「Great place to stay. Super host. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Good pub nearby.」

「Was dirt Pillows were old and tatty and we woke with neck ache Was only one cup that was cracked , no spoons to make a drink , towel was tiny more of a hand towel Bed had bits in and stain on quilt cover Set of drawers had screws sticking out and no handles The place was noisy and has drug gas calendars outside the front door There was constant banging from upstairs We didn’t sleep . There was no microwave Wouldn’t stay ever again and put me of the Experian website We only used...

「Great place to stay and honest trustworthy staff 5 stars. I left my wallet and keys in the room and the staff kept everything safe for me. Many thanks」

「I paid £26 for the night, and felt like I overpaid. Advertisement pictures are false. Maybe that room looked like this, once. Not any more. Stains on the walls, stank of cigarettes. Bed looked like it's been slept in already. No towels provided. There was a kettle and some tea in the room, but no cups to make it in. Shared toilet and bathroom, dirty, no soap, no shampoo. Tried to raise issues with the property, but there was no answer on the phone number provided, and no reply via messages on...

「It’s location is near the center of the city, very convenient for the sightseeing. There is a nice pub in the groundfloor and there we drunk nice beer and enjoyed wonderful dinner. The staffs are very kind.」

「Stayed at Darwin House and the experience was pretty poor. The room I originally booked was already being used by another guest, with her belongings everywhere, so I was moved to Room 1. The phone number provided for help wasn't even in service at the time. The property itself is filthy - the room was just about liveable for one night, but I didn't feel comfortable sleeping in the sheets. It feels more like a bedsit or HMO than proper guest accommodation. The rooms smell strongly of mould and...
